Ordering process for postal orders

• Your name
• Address
• Mobile

Orders are typically sent out within 7 days of payment (we are running a small operation and have a heap of other demands on our time too).

Do Not expect immediate responses! Emails are typically responded to within 3 business days but it can take up to 5 working days during busy periods. For rush orders it is best to call 0437461101 – be warned rush orders may incur additional costs.

Shipping cost estimates

The typical costs for shipping & handling anywhere within Australia are:

• $20 – Small item e.g. light gloves
• $40 – Medium size or squishable item e.g. Jacket or a mask
• $90 – Large/Long item e.g. sword

Generally there is no extra shipping cost to add a few items a size category smaller or to add a second sword.
